About the Loft
The Broadview Lofts was Sorberra Group’s 2nd hard loft conversion in 2006. This 166 unit, 7 storey building once housed the Rexall Drug warehouse. Originally built in 1914, the lofts retain many of the beautiful original century old post, brick and beam features that are most sought after by loft buyers. Also nicely integrated into the original warehouse are two newly constructed soft loft additions to the South East wing of the building, along with dramatic, two story penthouses - many having large roof top terraces, added onto the roof of the original structure.
About Riverside
Riverside, formerly known as the Queen Broadview Village, is just South of Riverdale. Riverside is a small neighbourhood but a home to several places of note such as the New Broadview House Hotel, a romanesque hotel constructed in 1893 that was the tallest structure in South Riverdale for several decades, the Ralph Thornton Community Centre, Broadview Lofts, and The Opera House.
