Full Time Buyer Agent
Toronto LOFTS is growing and we are looking for another Licensed Sales Representative to join us. As a Full-Time Loft Buyer Specialist, you should be a naturally outgoing “people person”. You should also have been a licensed Realtor for 1 - 2 years. All training, leads and business will be provided. A positive attitude and an excellent work ethic along with honesty and integrity are also essential. All of the tools for your success, including a company vehicle, will be provided. First year remuneration of $50K - $100K can be expected (no added expenses). An optional $2K/month draw is also available. Note: only qualified candidates will be contacted. Part-time Administrative Assistant
As a Part-time Administrative Assistant, you will represent the front line interaction with our valued clients. The ideal candidate must be a professional, friendly, outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal, telephone and communication skills. Proficiency in Word and Excel are also required. Your responsibilities will include office administration, customer service, and transaction administration. In addition, you will provide direct support to the Manager. A minimum 1 to 2 years of Administrative experience is an asset but no prior real estate experience is necessary. All training will be provided. Proficiency in the English language is also essential.
Main responsibilities:
- Answering phones, booking appointments and welcoming clients
- Preparing legal real estate documents, filing, faxing and copying
- Maintaining an organized working environment
- Performing hostess duties for tours of model suites (as may be required)
- Data entry and database management
- Hours: Thursdays and Fridays (9:30-5:30) (with the occasional weekend)
